Dutch fashion store Winkelstraat.nl opens European website Boutique24

The online Dutch fashion store Winkelstraat.nl has launched an international website, which at the moment delivers to 24 countries across Europe. The English-written website Boutique24.com delivers the high-end fashion items to customers in one to three business days.

Winkelstraat.nl is a Dutch website that sells luxury and high-end designer clothing online. Customers can shop for items from brands such as Versace Jeans, Pierre Balmain and Patrizia Pepe. The website was founded in 2012 and now is ready for international expansion. As “winkelstraat” is a typically Dutch word, meaning “shopping street”, it needed another, international name for the European ecommerce website.

Collections from over 100 brands

It chose Boutique24.com, as the website consists of several bricks-and-mortar high fashion boutiques that sell together on the online platform. “Our boutique partners are handpicked for their own identity, beautiful high quality collections, exclusive designer brands and personal service”, the company explains. The Dutch website consists of 130 partner boutiques, while Boutique has collections from over 100 brands.

Payment methods on Boutique24.com

Boutique24.com accepts several payment methods, although the availability depends on the billing country. Creditcard, PayPal and cash on delivery are accepted in the whole of Europe, while iDeal is available for people in the Netherlands. Bancontact is only accepted from Belgian consumers, while Afterpay can be used in both countries. Sofort is available in 12 European countries.
