Ecommerce Benchmark gets international release

The Ecommerce Foundation has released an international version of its Ecommerce Benchmark. This is a free service that allows companies to anonymously compare their ecommerce activities based on 21 key performance indicators with those of competitors. With this advice companies can improve their ecommerce business.

The Ecommerce Benchmark is based on the so called Bonsing|Mann model and is all about 21 online key performance indicators (KPIs). These vary from bounce rate, abandonment basket rate and online turnover growth to max CPS, customer service costs and total IT costs. When you want to try the Ecommerce Benchmark, you have to answer some questions regarding these KPIs.
