Amazon offers same-day grocery delivery in the UK

Amazon now offers its grocery delivery service Amazon Fresh in the United Kingdom free with Prime. Members can do their weekly shopping and choose from a selection of products. In over 40 postcodes in the South East, members can even place orders before 9pm and have them delivered same-day.

And this fast and free grocery delivery from Amazon Fresh will expand to millions of Prime members across the United Kingdom before the end of the year, the company announced.

We will keep improving the grocery shopping experience so by the end of the year, millions of Prime members across the UK will have access to fast, free delivery of groceries.”

Prime members can choose one-hour window

In 40 postcodes Prime members will enjoy the fastest grocery delivery offer in the UK, as fast as same-day for orders placed before 9pm in most areas. Amazon not only offers free delivery in two-hours windows, Prime members can also choose a one-hour window on all orders over 40 pounds for a delivery fee of 3.99 pounds.

Amazon French in the UK since 2016

Amazon Fresh was launched in the United Kingdom in 2016. It allows customers to choose from all kinds of groceries and home items, including consumer electronics, flowers, gifts and beauty products.
