Swedish Logent Group has signed an agreement for a majority stake in Misi. The acquisition of this Dutch fulfilment company is expected to be completed next month. It is unknown how much money Logent paid for the majority stake.

Today, Sendcloud announced the acquisition of data platform Tracey. The acquisition allows Sendcloud to offer new data tools, such as AI-driven delivery predictions and near-real-time package monitoring. In this way, the shipping platform aims to offer the best customer experience.

Romanian ecommerce fulfillment provider Helpship has been acquired by euShipments, a Bulgarian logistics company for online sellers. Thanks to the acquisition, euShipments can strengthen its presence in the Romanian market.

Dutch payment service iDeal has been acquired by the European Payments Initiative (EPI), a collaboration of European banks. Payconiq, technology provider of iDeal and Belgian payment platform Bancontact, has also been taken over. iDeal is to form the basis of a Europe-wide payment system, according to EPI.

Ecommerce aggregator Razor Group has taken over German competitor Stryze Group, another acquisition company. The deal was made with shares only. In addition, Razor Group has raised 80 million euros of funding.

B2B shipping software provider LetMeShip, owned by the ITA Consulting Group, is acquiring Dutch shipping platform ParcelParcel. LetMeShip can accelerate its expansion across Europe thanks to the acquisition. The software provider will now also offer more flexible business-to-consumer shipping solutions.

Google Shopping advertising specialist Producthero is now hosting Google CSS advertisers which were formerly customers of competitor Aisle 3. This enables the company to strengthen its position as Google CSS-partner in Europe.

The software and payments solution provider ClearCourse has acquired ecommerce platform provider Sellerdeck. Both companies are able to expand their product offering, thanks to the acquisition. The financial terms of the deal are undisclosed.

DHL Supply Chain has acquired a majority stake in Monta, a Dutch fulfillment provider. The deal gives Monta a chance to accelerate its international expansion. On the other hand, it enables DHL to better respond to the needs of SMEs and smaller online stores.

Ecommerce giant Amazon has acquired Belgian mechatronics specialist Cloostermans. It is unclear what amount was involved in the deal. Amazon will scale up its robotics operations with Cloostermans’ technology.

Curated fashion platform Farfetch has bought a 47.5 percent stake in Yoox Net-A-Porter Group. It is unclear what amount of money was involved in the acquisition. Because of the deal, Farfetch can acquire the remaining shares later on.

The French Beaumanoir Group wants to acquire fashion retailer Sarenza. The online shop is now in the hands of Monoprix. According to the Beaumanoir Group, Sarenza will strengthen their ecommerce activities.

Secondhand fashion marketplace Vinted wants to acquire competitor Rebelle. The company offered 30,2 million euros for the acquisition. The deal received a positive response from commission members and shareholders of Rebelle.

Czech fashion search engine Glami is acquiring Stileo, a fashion ecommerce platform operating in Italy. According to the companies, they generate over 500k monthly orders to partnered shops. Together, the platforms aim to grow to 1 million orders a month.
