The online store of Yves Rocher has been rewarded with the Favor'i 2014, an award created by the French association of ecommerce and distance selling (Fevad). Yves Rocher got the price, based on internet votes. With 16,83 its website received the highest overall score, where the average score was 15,24.

Online toy store JátékNet has been rewarded with the title 'Best Shop of the Year' in Hungary. JátékNet won also a Quality Award in the category 'Games and Toys' and a Popularity Award in the same category. The Hungarian store won the Popularity Award three times in a row, in 2012, 2013 and now in 2014.

The World Retail Awards were handed out for the eight time and again Vente-Privee got rewarded with the title of Pure Player of the Year. It's the second time the French shopping community wins this international award. H&M became the International Retailer of the Year, while John Lewis was the Omnichannel Retailer of the Year.

The Mobile Innovations Award is a new award show for the EMEA region, to celebrate the enormous growth and innovation in mobile technology. Last week, the awards got presented in the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London and we have the full list of winners.

Yesterday, the 9^th edition of the BeCommerce Awards took place and of all 125 online stores that had a chance at winning an award, Vente-Exclusive got the BeCommerce Overall award. So now Vente-Exclusive may call itselves Belgium’s best online store for at least one year. The ecommerce company will also be representing Belgium during the European Ecommerce Awards that will take place on 17 June in Barcelona.

Which ecommerce players will win the Entrepreneurial Award, the Omnichannel Award and the Pure Player Award this year? Will it be Zalando, Yoox, Tesco or Nespresso? Soon you’ll find out, because on June the 17th, the awards will be given away. For now, let’s have a look at the nominees.

Pure player Zooplus is the big winner of the Online-Handels-Awards an German award show hosted by ECC Cologne, the German Retail Federation and Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt's management forum, in association with Hermes. Second place was shared by Amazon and online music store Musikhaus Thomann.

There were several European online shops rewarded with an award at the World Retail Awards 2013 in Paris. Tesco, Debenhams, Migros and Vente-privee.com were among the winners who went home with a prize. Awards were handed in categories like ‘pure play retailer of the year’ and ‘best new retail launch’.

Winners of the European E-commerce Awards 2013 have been announced. Asos, John Lewis and Vestiaire Collective have been rewarded with gold awards at the ceremony that took place on the eve of June the third in Barcelona.
