Customer Satisfaction Conference and Awards
Customer Satisfaction Conference and Awards is a British ecommerce event that will take place in April. It will be joining together retailers from all categories to share ideas on innovation and trends that conclude to the most important measure for all retailers.
The Customer Satisfaction Awards have been running for over 15 years, but this is the first year it will be combined with a day conference. Previous winners of the awards, which are based on a consumer survey of 10,000 individuals rating the retailers they have shopped at over the last year, will share their insights and success stories. After the conference all attendees are invited to the annual award ceremony, where this year’s winners will be celebrated. Who will be rewarded with aan award for the Best Online Experience, Best Online Retailer or Best Online Fulfilment Retailer of 2017?
Delegates from brands such as Reeves, Waitrose, Co-op, Tesco and John Lewis will also attend the conference and awards.
