Ecommerce personalization software provider PureClarity has won an award during the European IT & Software Excellence Awards. The British company won the prize in the category ‘Big Data, IoT or Analytics Solution of the Year’, beating Datawright, Celaton and LogiAnalytics.
For PureClarity, it’s the second time they won a European Software Award. Last year, the British company won an award in the category ‘SaaS Solution of the Year‘. The European IT & Software Excellence Awards recognize the role that ISVs, solutions providers and systems integrators play in customer solutions and was held for the ninth year.
PureClarity won the award for its ecommerce personalization features. It offers personalized site search, personalized merchandising and automated email marketing to its customers, while using big data and AI to track on-site customer behavior and present relevant search results and product recommendations.

The European IT & Software Excellence Awards 2017 attracted over 500 entries from 28 countries across Europe. This year, there were 11 different awards for solution providers, 7 for ISVs and 8 for suppliers.
