Russian ecommerce giant Wildberries launches in Europe

Wildberries, the largest online retailer of Russia, has officially entered the European Union. The ecommerce company has launched its online store Wildberries.eu in Poland, where it plans to open about 100 branded points of delivery.

The first distribution unit in Europe has already been opened, in Warsaw. Poland marks the first EU market where Wildberries operates its online store, after it also launched activities in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.

Customers can order all kinds of clothing, shoes and accessories through the new online store Wildberries.eu. Currently, over 13,500 brands are available to the European audience. The company said it will further expand the assortment in the future, to offer customers even more various items from Russia as well as other countries.

Logistics center in Slovakia

In October of 2019, word came out that Wildberries was building a new logistics center in Slovakia.
