Schuhe24 Group partners with Neckermann in Austria

Schuhe24, which sells shoes online from over 2,000 connected retailers in Germany, is partnering with Neckermann in Austria. The cooperation should benefit both Neckermann and the retailers connected to the Schuhe24 Group, which also sells clothing, bags, jewelry, and more.

The offering of the Schuhe24 retailers should be shown on Neckermann.at starting in mid-September. It will then switch on all dealers’ stocks on the website, featuring fashion, shoes, and leather goods.

Schuhe24 handles foreign tax and logistics

“For our dealers, we can start a perfect partnership with Neckermann”, says Christoph Wendy, who is responsible for the connection and onboarding of retailers at Schuhe24. “The sales prices in Austria are above the German average, the returns are low and our brands are a good fit. For our dealers, we will handle the complete foreign tax, the logistics and the data maintenance, so there’s no extra effort for the dealer.”

Schuhe24 founder Dominik Benners adds that in Austria, his company not only wants to realize goods sales for their partners in Austria but also for the German retailers that are connected to the online platform. “Partnering with Neckermann.at fits into our strategy.”

More Schuhe24 brands will join Neckermann

The German group has plans to also connect the sports and jewelry assortments online in a later stage. The high-fashion offer from MyStationary (acquired by Schuhe24 last month) will be offered on Neckermann.at starting November.
