Eurora, which offers compliance solutions for cross-border ecommerce businesses, has raised 40 million dollars (37.94 million euros) in a Series A round. The capital injection will be used to accelerate the Estonian company's international expansion.

Outvio, a fulfillment solution from Estonia, has raised 3 million dollars (2.52 million euros) during a financing round led by Change Ventures. It's the first round of fundraising fot Outvio and the startup will use the money to expand its team and to launch further in Europe.

Eurora, which offers compliance solutions for cross-border ecommerce companies, has raised 3 million dollars (2.54 million euros). With the money, the Estonian company wants to bring its tool to a million Chinese merchants.

Pakk, an ecommerce software provider from Estonia, has officially launched. The software-as-a-service platform was in development since 2019 but is now available to small businesses in Europe. The company wants to provide a true "all-commerce" platform at prices any small business can afford.

ParcelSea, a last-mile tech startup from Estonia, has raised 935,000 euros to build a smart mailbox network in Estonia and foreign markets. The Tallinn-based company wants to expand production and continue building new features and services.

Omniva will expand its network of parcel machines in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, also known as the Baltic states. The Estonian postal company already owns 43 percent of the parcel machines in Estonia and accounts for 57 percent for that country's total parcel volume.

Starting today, couriers from Estonian post and logistics company Omniva will hand over parcels using a simplified procedure. When the addressee isn't home, couriers may now leave the parcel in a safe location or hand it over to a neighbor.

H&M Group has announced the online expansion of five of its brands. This month, COS, Weekday, Monki, & Other Stories and Arket will have their collections available online in nine new markets across Europe.

Omniva, an Estonian postal company which operates in the entire Baltic region, has started with expanding its network of parcel lockers. This month, it started with doubling the size of its locker offering, by adding 63 new parcel lockers to the Baltic network and expanding 100 existing parcel lockers.

H&M has opened several new online stores in Europe. It now has dedicated websites in Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Luxembourg and Ireland. The fashion retailer offers the same range as it does in the physical stores, with complete collections for men, women and children, including accessories.

DHL has joined forces with the Finnish postal operator Posti and Bring, a subsidiary of Norwegian postal operator Posten Norge. Together they offer a B2C infrastructure for parcel deliveries across Scandinavia, Finland and the Baltic states. With 6,500 parcel shops and parcel stations across seven countries it will be the largest parcel network in northern Europe.
