UPS My Choice has 2 million users in Europe

UPS announced that now more than two million people in Europe use the online service UPS My Choice to manage their deliveries. The free service, which was launched almost two years ago, provides retailers with a platform that helps online shoppers with greater visibility and control over the delivery of their online purchases.

UPS My Choice is being used by more than 26 million consumers worldwide and about 8 percent of them live in Europe. Whenever someone has registered for the UPS service, they will receive an email or text message on the day before their package arrives. If they aren’t going to be home, they can redirect most parcels to their work, a neighbor or a UPS Access Point.

“The service offers online shoppers more comfort and control”, says Wilfredo Ramos, the CEO of UPS Spain and Portugal. “With the continued global growth of ecommerce, more packages will be shipped. UPS is focused on delivering where consumers are, not where they are not. Our range of services focuses on helping retailers to grow through an improved online shopping experience.”

UPS mobile app in Europe

UPS My Choice is an important feature of the UPS mobile app, which is available in 12 countries across Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
