CRO Commerce 2026

CRO Commerce 2026 is an ecommerce conference taking place on 13 October at the Mozaik Event Center in Zagreb, Croatia. The event is organised by the eCommerce Croatia Association and is limited to 500 attendees.

The programme covers ecommerce, digital marketing, logistics, payments, technology and legal developments. Several sessions focus on artificial intelligence, including its impact on online retail, marketing and software development.

Other topics include preparing for Black Friday and building, valuing and selling an ecommerce business. Keynote speaker Andrija Čolak will explain how buyers assess ecommerce companies and which factors influence their value.

The conference takes place across three stages and includes presentations, panel discussions and practical case studies. Attendees can also visit the EXPO area, arrange meetings and attend the networking party after the conference.
