Now in its 8th year, eTail Germany 2020 continues to provide Germany with its senior-level retail event. From 9 to 11 March, eTail will bring together 600 retailers from over 280 companies.
What you can learn at eTail Germany
At eTail Germany, attendees will hear from retail’s most progressive stores as they not only talk about a seamless and personalized online shopping experience, but also give them actionable objectives for their retail strategy. According to the organization, this year’s edition is going to be bigger, better and flowing with new ideas, tried and tested retail strategies. The three-day event is free to attend.
During the event, everything will be covered: from making a 1:1 personalization roadmap to help retailers engage with their customer directly, to determining which offline touchpoints have influenced online stages of the customer journey, and vice versa.
