From 19 to 21 September, the third edition of Paris Retail Week takes place, a European event for retail professionals. E-Commerce Paris is part of this week. It brings together 600 participating companies and over 30,000 professionals from the online and offline retail industries.
The general theme of this year’s edition is “live retail: an authentic and human commerce”. Each consumer wants to be treated differently from the other, so it’s important to have enough and accurate knowledge of our customers. “They play the part: being influencers for products, business-setters in their own community, and also marketing content producers. In any case, consumers are or could be actors in all the steps of the consumption process.”
Also part of the Paris Retail Week is the Paris Retail Awards. During this ceremony, 11 awards will be handed out: seven winners (each for every category), one top winner (the Paris Retail Golden Award), one French Initiative Award, one Jury’s Favourite and one award for startups (The Rookie of the Year).
