Executing Shopper Insights is a two-day event which takes place in London and brings together the community of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Like-minded peers will gather to attend exclusive case studies, interactive round tables and panel discussions.

During this event, leading brands and retailers will try to tackle the integration of shopper insight strategies led by brands and retailers to engage customers, enhance the impact of marketing investment, and create profitable omni-channel strategies. The key themes for this year are neuro-science, eye-tracking, big data and CRM.

This year’s edition is focused on tackling the various shopper insights employed by brands and retailers to engage customers, create brand loyalty and to improve their marketing focus. Executing Shopper Insights will feature presentations from companies such as Coty, Mysupermarket, General Mills, The Body Shop and Premier Foods.
