Fulfilmentcrowd acquires Fulfilment.nl to accelerate European growth

fulfilmentcrowd, the tech-led logistics provider backed by private equity firm Palatine, has acquired Fulfilment.nl, a Dutch ecommerce logistics specialist, expanding its activities in the EU market.

Post acquisition, Fulfilment.nl will continue to operate independently within the group, under the management of founder Robin Gerrits and General Manager Mart van der Heijden. Customers will benefit from enhanced technology, capacity and access to the global fulfilmentcrowd network.

The acquisition aligns with fulfilmentcrowd’s strategy of value-accretive growth through majority investment in established, high-performing fulfilment assets. The Netherlands is a key European logistics hub and the combine strengthens the company’s ability to serve cross-border EU demand.
