Amazon Germany now available in Turkish

Amazon Germany has discovered its Turkish customers. Buyers from that country can get their goods delivered for free. In addition, the website of Amazon Germany and its catalogue has been translated into Turkish. Customer service via email and phone is also available in Turkish.

Amazon announced the translation on its website, saying that Turkish-speaking Amazon customers can now look forward to an even more convenient shopping experience on Amazon.de. Besides from the translation, Turkish consumers can also get free deliveries to Turkey for all orders of 49 euros and more. “We now become even more attractive for Turkish-speaking customers”, the American company says.

Amazon has translated millions of product names and other helpful website areas such as the personal customer account overview. The company says it will constantly improve the shopping experience for Turkish customers by adding more translated pages and functions. “With this new service, we are getting closer and closer to our vision of offering our clients what they want”, Ralf Kleber, country manager Amazon.de, says.

German, English, Dutch, Polish and Turkish on Amazon.de

Turkish is already the fourth language supported by the German Amazon website. In 2015 it offered website in English, while Dutch and Polish were added recently.
