The program at The Future of E-Commerce Delivery
The day starts with a keynote from Navabi and is about how to please consumers who want it all. After this, Andrew Seirlis from Groupon will talk about rethinking approaches to ecommerce fulfilment. Also during the morning, there will be a panel discussion about how to overcome the challenges to truly convenient delivery. At the end of the morning, attendees can follow different session, divided into two streams: one is about keeping pace with evolving customer expectations while the other is about driving efficiency in ecommerce operations.
After the lunch, again two different ‘streams’ can be followed: “ensuring availability through innovation” and “innovation in the last mile”. After some refreshments, the experts will talk more about tapping into the rapidly growing cross-border ecommerce market and how to explore new approaches to urban logistics.
