M&S customers can return online orders in Simply Food stores
Customers of Marks & Spencer can now return their online orders at one of many Simply Food stores across the United Kingdom. Previously, consumers already had the possibility to collect their online orders at these stores, but now returning them can happen at the same location.

Before, customers of Marks & Spencer could only return the items they bought online at the larger-format M&S stores, while picking up the online orders was already an option at Simply Food.
Return online orders at 280 Simply Food stores
Now, thanks to a partnership with Doddles, M&S introduced the availability to both pick up and return online orders at Simply Food stores. The initiative follows after a trial with seven locations last year. After getting positive feedback for it, returning online orders is now possible at 280 Simply Food locations across the country.
Consistent customer experience
According to Retail Gazette, there are plans to roll out this online returns service to even more Simply Food stores later this year. “We’ve responded to increasing demand from our customers for more choice and convenience when it comes to collecting and returning their online orders”, head of M&S.com returns Richard Pugh said. “Providing customers with a consistent customer experience, regardless of which Marks & Spencer store they’re in, is key to making every moment special.”
