PureClarity wins European IT & Software Excellence Award

Ecommerce personalization software provider PureClarity has won an award during the European IT & Software Excellence Awards. The British company won the prize in the category ‘Big Data, IoT or Analytics Solution of the Year’, beating Datawright, Celaton and LogiAnalytics.

For PureClarity, it’s the second time they won a European Software Award. Last year, the British company won an award in the category ‘SaaS Solution of the Year‘. The European IT & Software Excellence Awards recognize the role that ISVs, solutions providers and systems integrators play in customer solutions and was held for the ninth year.

PureClarity won the award for its ecommerce personalization features. It offers personalized site search, personalized merchandising and automated email marketing to its customers, while using big data and AI to track on-site customer behavior and present relevant search results and product recommendations.

“We are delighted that so many of our clients and industry-leading retailers have seen the true value in implementing ecommerce personalization and we look forward to working with many more retailers to deliver ecommerce excellence”, Paul Gibson, Chief Executive PureClarity, added.
