Dutch ecommerce service provider Salesupply has announced a partnership with BrandOn Group, an Italian technology platform that specializes in growth strategies for marketplaces and social commerce. Through the collaboration, Italian brands will be able to use an end-to-end solution for international expansion.

Salesupply is a Dutch ecommerce service provider, it offers fulfillment services, as well as customer service solutions. All of these solutions are geared towards making cross-border selling easier for online stores. Last year, it released a customer service solution for marketplace sellers, ensuring sellers that their customers will receive a response within required timeframes. More than 500 online brands and retailers worldwide use the company’s services.

It is now partnering with BrandOn Group. This Italian company helps brands and online retailers in their sales on marketplaces. Its ecosystem combines technology, operational execution and digital marketing expertise. It also acts as a Merchant of Record for marketplaces including Amazon, Zalando and Bol.

Challenges of selling cross-border

Italian merchants who want to expand internationally often run into challenges, like navigating market compliance rules in every country, meeting specific logistics requirements, responding to customer inquiries in a local language, and managing international returns.
