Spring launches international returns solution
Spring Global Delivery Solutions has launched International Returns solution. This is a new service, which gives retailers several return solutions supported by an international network. Spring’s customers can make use of a customizable platform and additional services, while offering their consumers worldwide returns.
According to Spring, International Returns is built specifically with ecommerce business requirements in mind. Online retailers get their own branded landing page for returns and they can connect easily with their own system by using the API. “Whether you’re a retailer, manufacturer or wholesaler, we provide an optimal mix of return solutions to fit your and your customers’ needs. From cost efficient to premium services to put you in control of your global returns.”
Return labels
With International Returns, ecommerce businesses get a solution consisting of tracked and untracked products for packets and parcels. Their consumers can easily download return labels for free, or purchase a return label in the portal with Sender Pays or Sender Part Pays to share the costs. Spring’s customers can also choose for label-in-the-box solutions.
150,000 drop-off locations
Spring also offers extra services along the returns route, such as opening packages, inspecting or scanning the returned items to speed up refunding and re-stocking. The total network consists of more than 150,000 drop-off locations, including local post offices, and a worldwide pick-up solution.
