About a year ago, Zalando initiated a pilot program for a multichannel fulfillment solution with selected partners. This program has now evolved into the ZEOS launch. Jan Bartels, the Senior Vice President B2B at Zalando, emphasized: “With ZEOS, we are embracing a vision that taps into the potential of the European market and equips fashion and lifestyle retailers with the necessary tools to streamline their multichannel sales under a unified platform.”

Efficient processing and shipping

Retailers using the ZEOS platform can swiftly process and dispatch customer orders. Affiliated partners can send their products to one of Zalando’s twelve distribution centers. ZEOS has integrated with over forty European carriers, collectively offering more than 160 localized delivery and return options across 23 European markets.

Zalando is now providing ZEOS in addition to its existing service, Zalando Logistics Solutions, which offers fulfillment services exclusively to sellers on Zalando’s platform.
