April 5: ECC-Forum Customer Engagement – Germany

On this day, you will learn all about how to focus on the customer. An important part of ecommerce, as the modern consumer demands speed, transparency and flexibility on all channels, as well as personalized services and personal advice.


April 6: Shopper’s Mind (sMind) – Croatia

The sMind conference is the concluding event of the competition Web Retailer of the Year, a key research project and development driver of ecommerce in Slovenia and the region. The event includes lectures of recognized ecommerce experts and the announcement of best practices in online shopping. The conference and the research project are carried out annually in Slovenia and Croatia by sMind, a company that raises consumer confidence and facilitates the development of ecommerce.


April 6: X Targi eHandlu – Poland

X Targi eHandlu is an ecommerce event which takes place in Katowice, a city in southwestern Poland. According to the organization, it’s the country’s biggest event about selling online. Attending the event is free, but requires registration first. It’s even possible to register immediately before or at the fair, but that may take longer and require an additional fee.


April 8-9: eCommCongress – Bulgaria

eCommCongress is a big ecommerce event that takes place in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. Ecommerce professionals from Google, IAB Bulgaria, Ozone and eMAG will speak during the congress and workshops.


April 18: e-Commerce meets Fashion – Switzerland

It’s no surprise NetComm Suisse, the national online retail association, organizes an event where ecommerce meets fashion. Because the main category of goods bought online by Swiss shoppers last year is Clothing & Fashion. At this event there are panel discussions, case studies and success stories and they are all about online fashion.


April 21: E-Channels Day – Germany

April 21-22: Digital Commerce Day – Germany

Digital Commerce Day is a German two-day event, which has its focus on ecommerce trends and gives enough opportunity for distributors, manufacturers and others to network and to share experiences.


April 27: E-commerce Berlin Expo – Germany

Another April event taking place in Germany. This one will welcome about 4,000 B2B and B2C ecommerce players who are there to network, gain knowledge and of course do business. Over 100 exhibitors from Germany and Central and Eastern Europe are here.


April 27-28: Annual Conference of Estonian eCommerce – Estonia

This conference is focused on ecommerce trends in the field of marketing, omnichannel and cross-border sales. Also, the best online retailer of Estonia will be celebrated.


April 27-28: InternetRetailing Expo – The United Kingdom

Internetretailing Expo is a popular ecommerce event, taking place in Birmingham, UK. There are eight conferences you can attend for free and there also several ‘Theatres’ with interesting presentations.


April 27-28: eDelivery Expo – The United Kingdom

eDelivery Expo is hosted alongside the aforementioned Internetretailing Expo, so this event also takes place in Birmingham, UK. It’s focused on the key aspects of the delivery side of the multichannel performance. It offers 8 conferences, 15 clinics and 20 workshops.
