BigBuy finds new investor Kaazar Capital

Spanish wholesale platform BigBuy has found a new financial partner, Kaazar Capital. BigBuy told Ecommerce News that the investing company has acquired a minority stake. From now on, Kaazar Capital will contribute to the company’s financial and growth strategy.

BigBuy is a dropshipping supplier from Spain. On the company’s website, users can find more than 400,000 products. Online sellers can add these products to the product range on their store, and BigBuy will directly send the products to consumers when they order them. It also offers integrations with more than 250 marketplaces in Europe.

90% of sales generated outside Spain

In 2023, the company generated a turnover of 123 million euros. Compared to the year before, this was an increase of 15 percent. In 2024, BigBuy reached 115 million euros in consolidated revenue. According to the platform, 90 percent of sales came from outside of Spain.

Today, BigBuy announces that Kaazar Capital has acquired a minority stake. By doing so, it enters as a lead investor. Through a structured co-investment model, a structure where a specialized lead investor acts as a guarantor of quality and solidity, it will attract additional funds.

Strengthening leadership in Europe

With the additional funding, BigBuy wants to strengthen its leadership in ecommerce in Europe. “This alliance strengthens our position as a key player in the European digital ecosystem and validates the potential of our technology and operational model”, says Salvador Esteve, CEO and co-founder of BigBuy.

‘The agreement allows us to scale with more focus and efficiency’

According to Víctor Amarnani, BigBuy’s co-founder and CEO, partnering with Kaazar Capital “represents strong support for our business model and future vision. This agreement allows us to scale with more focus and efficiency. We gain not only capital but also a partner who shares our mindset.”
