DataFeedWatch acquired by Cart.com

Dutch data feed management solution provider DataFeedWatch has been acquired by Cart.com, an ecommerce company based in the US. Customers using the data feed management tools will now gain access to Cart.com’s software solutions and ecommerce resources.

DataFeedWatch is a data feed management solution provider with offices in the US, Poland and the Netherlands. With its tools, online retailers can easily place their products on multiple channels and keep track of its data feed. According to the company, it currently supports over 17,000 online shops across 2,000 shopping channels in 60 countries.

€217.2 million euros in funding

Today, it announced that is has been acquired by Cart.com, an ecommerce platform that helps brands scale their operations. A month ago, it raised 217,2 million euros in a funding round, bringing the total funding in the company to 344 million euros. With this acquisition, the US-based platform is able to expand internationally.

Brands increase sales with new software

The ecommerce platform from Cart.com already has tools for sellers on marketplaces. It expects that DataFeedWatch’s tools will help brands increase sales on marketplaces and reach more customers by listing their products on all major social media platforms.

DataFeedWatch team joins Cart.com

Customers that are currently using DataFeedWatch’s tools will gain access to Cart.com’s ecosystem. Full-time employees and will join Cart.com, while CEO Jacques van der Wilt will become part of the executive team.
