The most visited online stores in Sweden

One in three online shoppers in Sweden also shop at foreign stores. But which international ecommerce websites are the most popular among Swedish consumers? Global couponing platform CupoNation analyzed the data for six months and shares the most visited online stores, both local and foreign, in Sweden.

CupoNation analyzed data it gathered through external tools in order to calculate the number of visits on the particular websites during a period of six months. The goal was to compare the interest for the most popular Swedish online stores against the foreign ones, so it could get a better insight into the consumer behavior of Swedes.

According to the couponing platform, the numbers somewhat correlate to what PostNord emphasized in their recent study “E-commerce in the Nordics 2016“. The postal service mentioned how 32 percent of Swedish online shoppers also shop at foreign ecommerce websites and that the UK, Germany and the US are popular countries to shop from.
