It wants to be one of the top 5 online retailers in Austria. The company is now active in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

Shopee, a popular online shopping platform from Singapore, is ready to make its debut in Europe. The ecommerce company is preparing to launch in Poland. The company is part of Sea, whose gaming arm Garena is already active in Europe.

Add to Cart is a new ecommerce marketplace from the United Kingdom. It wants to compete with other online marketplaces by focusing primarily on supporting small scale businesses. The marketplace works alongside sellers' existing sales platforms.

Feelunique, an UK online retailer of prestige beauty products, has launched a subscription box. The ecommerce company claims this is the first tailor-made beauty subscription box in the market.

New online supermarket GerneOhne wants to prove there's another way to shop for groceries. Since the first of July, customers across Germany can order plastic-free packaged food online and have their groceries delivered to their homes.

Ecommerce software provider Shopware has today released a video-on-demand service. The free service, called Shopware TV, offers video content about all things ecommerce. Shopware TV will show both business-relevant information and entertaining videos.

Pakk, an ecommerce software provider from Estonia, has officially launched. The software-as-a-service platform was in development since 2019 but is now available to small businesses in Europe. The company wants to provide a true "all-commerce" platform at prices any small business can afford.

BigBuy has expanded its dropshipping catalogue with a new product category. Online retailers can now also sell foods and drinks online through the dropshipping platform of BigBuy, giving them the opportunity to start their own online supermarket.

Payment and banking service provider FinXP has launched Real Time Payments by FinXP (RTPF). This is an account-to-account payment method that is targeted at online merchants. The Malta-based electronic money institution says its transaction fees are lower than many other popular alternative payment methods.

Manor, a big department store chain from Switzerland, has launched its online marketplace. The platform was announced last year, was released in silent beta mode recently and is now officially live.   

Uber Eats will launch in Germany over the next few weeks. It will be the US company's biggest entry to a new country since 2018. By launching in Germany, Uber Eats wants to challenge Just Eat Takeaway.

Hopr, the first online-only supermarket from Belgium, will start its activities this Monday. It will first test in the city of Hasselt, but the goal is to become available to the whole of Belgium by 2026.

Amazon is also jumping on the local train. In an effort to offer a more regional shopping experience, Amazon has launched a separate website section where small and medium-sized businesses from Germany and Austria can present their goods on Amazon.

Amazon has launched Amazon.pl in Poland. Amazon was already active in Poland since 2014, but now it has opened a dedicated local ecommerce website. Polish shoppers can buy over 100 million products across more than 30 categories.

Amazon Fresh has arrived in Spain. This service, which is only for Amazon Prime members, offers same-day grocery deliveries in two-hour slots. Amazon Fresh starts in and around Madrid, but will soon also arrive in Barcelona and, later on, in other Spanish cities.
