Ecommerce giant Alibaba has launched a new marketplace in Spain. The platform is called Miravia and connects brands and content creators with consumers. It features fashion, beauty, food and lifestyle products.

German discounter Aldi is again expanding its ecommerce division. It has announced that it will launch an online shopping service for non-food products. The service will launch in the next few years.

Amazon has filed lawsuits in Italy and Spain in order to stop fake reviews on its platform. It marks the first criminal complaint of the ecommerce giant in Europe. Amazon also sent warnings to five websites in Germany concerning the issue.

A whopping 30 percent of Spanish customers now prefer to ‘buy now, pay later’. Paying in installments is especially popular for electronics and travel. Overall, credit card, debit card and PayPal are the biggest payment methods in Spain.
