Dutch online auction company TBAuctions will be acquired by Castik Capital. Due to the acquisition, TBAuctions can accelerate its European expansion. The closing of the acquisition is expected at the end of this year.

Logistics company Whistl has acquired Relish, a product sampling specialist. For now, Relish will remain as a standalone brand. Thanks to the acquisition, Whistl can expand its range of channels available to customers.

Norwegian provider of accounting software Visma is acquiring Myonlinestore. For the time being, Visma indicates that Myonlinestore will continue its business activities as an independent organization. The link between online store software, accounting software and inventory management will increase the organization's profits. Signa Sports United has agreed to list on the New York Stock Exchange through a merger with special-purpose acquisition company Yucaipa. The deal will raise over 530 million euros in proceeds for Signa Sports United, which will use part of this money to buy UK-based sports store Wiggle.
